The story
The forestry industry has always been built on people sharing knowledge, experience, and a passion for our woodlands. I created Forestry Connect to make those connections easier by bringing the forestry community together in one dedicated place where people can learn, collaborate, and support one another.
My name is Dale Caswell, and I have 18 years of experience working in the forestry industry. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to meet incredible people whose knowledge, support, and willingness to share their experience have helped shape my own journey. Those connections inspired me to create Forestry Connect.
My vision is for Forestry Connect to become a welcoming community where forest managers, contractors, consultants, students, researchers, suppliers, landowners, and anyone with a passion for forestry can connect, learn, and grow together.
